Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. Refunds may be considered if the file is corrupted or not as described — contact the seller within 48 hours of purchase.

Bookings & services: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are at the seller's discretion.

Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The timeline depends on your payment method (Stripe or MonCash).
