Terms of Service — bizou.cc

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bizou.cc (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

bizou.cc provides URL shortening, link analytics, QR code generation, custom branded domains, retargeting pixels, A/B split testing, and bio page creation tools. Some features are available free of charge; others require a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

To access most features you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Keep your password secure and not share it with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use bizou.cc to shorten, share, or redirect to URLs that:

Contain malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages
Contain adult content without appropriate age gating
Promote violence, hate speech, or harassment
Circumvent security measures or access systems without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and disable links that violate these restrictions, without prior notice.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

bizou.cc offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly.

Stripe (USD)

Credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

MonCash (HTG)

MonCash payments are processed in Haitian Gourdes (HTG). Each payment activates your plan for 31 days from the date of payment. MonCash subscriptions do not renew automatically — you must renew manually each month.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@bizou.cc within 7 days.

6. Free Plan Limitations

The Free plan is limited to 10 links and 30 days of analytics history. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The bizou.cc name, logo, and Service are owned by bizou.cc and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain all rights to the content you link to. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your links and associated metadata for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Short links may experience brief unavailability during maintenance windows.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bizou.cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your links will be deactivated and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Haiti. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
